Who is it for?

National visa application form

Recent passport-size photograph

Valid passport (min. 1-year validity)

Project approval from ENISA

Proof of sufficient financial means (IPREM + 50% per dependent)

Criminal record certificate (legalized + translated)

Public or private health insurance

Proof of residence in the consular district

Visa application fee payment

If applicable, power of attorney and representative ID

No need for a Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) during the first year

Validity & Next Steps


The Entrepreneur Visa is valid for 12 months and acts as a residence permit — no separate TIE is required. However, the entrepreneur can apply for a TIE at the Foreign Nationals Office or police station if needed.

In case of refusal, appeals can be filed within 1 month (administrative) or 2 months (judicial).
