The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the provisions of this Legal Notice, and to refrain from any action contrary to current regulations, or for illicit, prohibited or harmful purposes to the rights and interests of ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L. or third parties (in particular, intellectual, industrial or similar property rights).

ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L. prohibits the use of the website or any part of it in other web sites of third parties, as well as the establishment of hyperlinks to the web site or to any of its contents, when these do not have the express and written authorization of ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L.

  1. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L. disclaims any liability for the information published on its website if this information has been manipulated or introduced by an unauthorized third party. 

Likewise, ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L. will not be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from security errors that may be caused in the user’s computer system (hardware and software), as a result of the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the device of the user used to connect to the website.

This website has been checked and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, ORIENCE INTERNATIONAL, S.L. does not rule out the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website, as well as actions necessary to carry out improvement, maintenance or similar operations on the website.
